With themethod of orthogonal experiment design and single factor experiment design ,choosingpuerarin as the index ,we have analyzed the technology of crude Radix Puerariaealcohol refluence abstraction and n-butanol with water saturation extraction. 3.Research about Flos Sophora abstraction and purification techology. With themethod of orthogonal experiment design , choosing rutin and flavones as the index ,wehave analyzed the technology of crude Flos Sophora alcohol refluence abstraction andpurification . 4.Research about Radix Curcumae and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii volatile oilabstraction techology. Choosing volatile oil content as the index ,we have analyzed andestablished the technology of volatile oil abstraction . 5.Research about the JIEDUJIUNAO preparation techology. Choosing the content ofgeniposide , puerarin and clarity as the studying index ,we have analyzed the pH ,dosageof non-aqueous solvent and active carbon and established the injection moldingtechnology .
