| This thesis describes the study and preparation of standard reference material(SRM) for antioxidant BHT, including purifying the industrial products of the antioxidant BHT by recrystalizing and zone melting (We have designed and made zone melting instrument and applied for a patent on it.), and determining the purity of purified product by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Measurement results on their homogeneity, stability, uncertainty and value are also given. In addition, the preparation and package and store for standard reference materials of antioxidant BHT are studied.With three years development, standard reference materials of antioxidant BHT has achieved the technology target of task book requirements: The purity of antioxidant BHT SRM is 99.1 ±0.5%; Color and homogeneity of the SRM is good; SRM stored in proper conditions is stable at least in one year. Antioxidant BHT SRM has reached international level about the same products. The SRM was used by two different departments and obtained satisfied results. The qualities of antioxidant BHT SRM accord the request of first-degree SRM used by army. |
