Tracing Paper Performance Improvement And Use In The Field Of Color To Fight

Tracing paper has been firstly widely used in project design and print as cyano filling paper for its excellent characteristics such as transparency, erectness etc. And nowadays it is even more widely used with the development of engineering techniques and the popularity of computer drawing. With a color ink-jet printer, people can make it into elegant and personal colorful patterns which are applied in the advertisements on outdoor beacon lights or make it as the cover paper of brochures and bids or a floor plan of projects after typing patterns, giving a special sense of art and vision. Therefore its scope of application is broadened. Of course, using color ink-jet printer to type is cheaper and quicker than to print samples single or in small quantity. Just because of the above reasons, tracing paper applied in these fields is accounting for the present markets with a higher and higher proportion. However, in order to meet the criterion of higher tightness, intensity, transparency and fine performance of color ink-jet, the traditional craft of sizing in pulp is no more suitable to manufacture the tracing paper applied in new areas. Thus it is extremely necessary to develop new surfacing sizing so as to match Epson Printer and HP Colorful Ink and achieve bright colors and perfect typing. In the light of this higher demands for tracing paper, the author focuses on adopting new craft to surfacing sizing to produce tracing paper. Through experiments, the author analyzes some of the elements such as fibre materials and beating craft conditions which will affect the transparency and intensity of paper, so as to optimize the craft with which the raw tracing paper without being surfacing sizing is transcribed.; and moreover, the author explores the scheme to meet not only the needs of sizing in a large scale but the needs of surfacing sizing formula which will lead to nice and compatible color ink-jet typing .
