This paper researches and discusses the design and realization of the project, named the liquid waste processing system of a power plant. This project is designed mainly to a PLC controlling system which accord with liquid waste' s request and realize monitoring with field bus. This system overcomes low accuracy of artificial control, complex operating and high odds of inaccurate operation. This project takes on advanced craft of the liquid waste processing, and achieves zero exhaust of power plant's liquid waste. This project improves the utilization of water. This paper discusses the designing and realizing of the PLC controlling system and monitoring with field bus. We argue on some crucial problems of this project.To aim at the problem of WINCC report forms and print, we design a blue print which is used extern program in WINCC through an ActiveX, and we come true this blue print.Last, author research the remote surveillance in LAN. We design a blue print of remote surveillance with database and LAN, and we prove it in lab.
