The subject of the thesis is to improve the comfort by adopting cotton, tenccl and nylon fiber of pure or blended with special spinning and weaving and finishing. Although without urethane elastic fiber, the natural stretch can be achieved. The bind feeling caused by urethane elastic fiber eased and the producing cost decreased. Because of the swellability of cotton and tencel fiber with alkali and because of the hydrogen bond of chemical characteristic in nylon fiber, when the weft yarn twist increases, the warp density decreases and keep the fabric loosing in finishing to ensure fabric achieves weft shrinkage sufficiently, the fabric will recover the curl stature by force and regain the original position after force withdrawing. By doing so, the natural stretch can be achieved.The subject delves four kinds of fabric including cotton, tencel, tencel/cotton blended and nylon/cotton blended. By adopting different specification and weave, Yimian group produced 300-500 meters grey fabric of each kind of fabric by sample machine. After spinning, warping and sizing. The finishing has been done in Shandong Qirong Dying and Printing Company and Handan Xinwei Dying and Printing Company. The results meet the design requirement properly.The results are as follows: the elasticity of these fabric, which are with special spinning and weaving and finishing, are above 16%, and the restitutions are above 85%. The fabric meet the wear requirement.Conclusion: By adopting the characteristic of tencel and cotton and nylon fibers with special finishing, the fabric with natural stretch can be achieved instead of expensive urethane elastic fiber fabric.Compared with cotton and tencel fiber, the hydrogen bond can achieve much natural stretch than cotton and tencel.
