Tencel A100fiber is a new fiber in tencel series that crosslink tow after washing with crosslinking agent Axis in wet state to make the molecular chain of cellulose crosslinking in spinning.The tencel A100fibers won’t produce fibrillation phenomenon in the external mechanical force in this method. It has the style of natural fibers and the function of synthetic fibers.At the same time, the raw materials of tencel A100come from the natural wood pulp,the solvent used in the manufacturing process of the spinning non-pollution to environment and the recovery rate is as high as99%. The abandoned tencel A100products can be biochemical degradation to return to nature.lt conforms the industrial upgrading transformation in textile industry and the demand of the energy conservation and emissions reduction.So it is meaningful for the further development of the tencel A100products.This paper developed tencel A100series blended yarn products by semi-worsted,woolen and worsted systems to research which fibers and methods are good for tencel A100blended yarn.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(l)According to the change of tencel A100blended raw materials and the difference of yarn design process to adjust and improve the spinning process parameters in the spinning practice of semi-worsted,woolen and worsted spinning system.(2)Using two different mathematical models of subjective empowerment and objective empowerment to judge knitted fabric in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of tencel A100blended knitted fabric.Through the comparison of two kinds of evaluation results to verify the reliability of the evaluation model and the stability of fabric comprehensive performance.The result showed that the two different mathematical models have the same effect for the knitted comprehensive performance.(3)The results of the comprehensive evaluation showed that the wearability of semi-worsted knitted fabric is better than woolen fabric. With the increase of tencel A100fiber content in C1to C3and I1to I6,the fabric performance has a large growth.(4)The comparison of three groups knitted fabric in the semi-worsted system show that A2(tencel Al00/cotton/camel hair), B3(tencel Al00/cotton/flax) and C3(tencel Al00/cotton) have the best comprehensive properties in their series. So camel wool or linen make tencel Al00/cotton knitted fabric has a better comprehensive performance.The increase of tencel A100fiber is good for the quality of tencel Al00/cotton knitted fabric in C group.(5)The fabric comprehensive wearability of tencel A100/wool/cashmere(30/60/10) is better than tencel A100/cotton/polyamide(30/60/10) under the same yarn count and tencel specification in woolen spinning system.And the fabric comprehensive wearability of tencel A100/wool/acrylic(40/30/30) is the lowest in tencel A100/wool/parster(40/30/30) and tencel A100/wool/polyamide(40/30/30).Considering the factors such as yarn count and fibre specifications,tencel A100/wool/cashmere(30/60/10) fabric has the best fabric comprehensive wearability.(6)Comparing the fabric wearability from semi-worsted,woolen and worsted spinning system, the results showed that tencel A100is more suitable for worsted spinning system.
