With the controlling point pollution , no — point pollution has affected the environment seriously daily . Many foreign developed countries have proved the no - point pollution is main factors for the water quality . In our country , no - point pollution problems is seriously , which has speeded the water system rich nourishment, and no — point pollution has become an urgent problem to preventing agriculture sustainable development.Yuqiao Reservoir, also named Green Screen river , stands at the foot of Mountain Green Screen of Ji County in Tianjin .The reservoir was built in 1959 with 2,060 km~2 drainage area and assemble storeroom contain 15.59 hundred million m~3. Yuqiao Reservoir mainly prevents flood and supply water for the city , gives attention to two or more things irrigates , generate electricity and so on , so it is a great colligate using irrigation works . As one and only water supply , after leading Luan River into Tianjin , it supplies water for city 9 hundred million m~3 annually , plays an important role in economic development of Tianjin . However, due to rising of population and economic development , some regions around reservoir and areas have been polluted sharply ,which has led to deteriorate water quality, and water system rich nourishment pick up .Now, with the enforcement of controlling industry contaminative , dot fountain pollution has more than non-dot pollution , which has been the main cause in threatening living water and valley water environment. it is the most important task to prevent the pollution .This paper , incorporates with the social development project of Tianjin - "Ecology exemplary project in countryside in Yuqiao district " and analysises the involvement of the villages in Yuqiao district in the contamination of the Yuqiao district reservoir .
