Lower respiratory channel virus infection is a frequent disease in clinic. The granule is finally established according to its application peculiarity and clinical curative effect. So it is hopeful that the granule is to be a recipe of Chinese traditional medicine with fine curative effect and dosing convenience, easy acceptance and wide market.The thesis is made up of two parts, Literature Summary and Experiment.1. Experiment2.1 Study of Productive ProcessAccording to the key components in the recipe, we investigated their extracting processes, and defined the best: to extract rhubarb and apricot two times by four times quantity of ethanol for an hour; to soak perilla for two hour with six times quantity of water and then distill for ten hours; to extract two times the other medicines soaked with ten times quantity of water, once two hours. By the investigation of the process ofβ-cyclodextrin-wrapped volatilized oil, the best process we established is water-saturation-wrapping method under the condition of oil vsβ-cyclodextrin ratio 1:10 and wrapping while stirring for an hour at 30℃.2.2 Quality standardTLC method is used to determine the chemical composition of rhubarb, skullcap, perilla, apricot and astragalus for differentiation, and HPLC method is used to measure the content of astragalus glycoside, rhubarb element and rhubarb phenols. The assay conditions of astragalus glycoside are as follows: chromatographic column is ODS YWG C18 (4.6×150mm , 10μm); mobile phase is methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran-phosphoric acid (47:53:4:0.04); velocity is 0.8ml/min; wavelength is 277nm; column temperature is 30℃; The assay conditions of rhubarb element and rhubarb phenols are as follows: chromatographic column is ODS Kromasil C18 (4.6×250mm,5μm); mobile phase is 0.1% methanol and phosphoric acid solution (85:15); wavelength is 254nm; column temperature is 30℃. Through the above investigation, the best extracting process and quality standard of Qingjie granule are set, and our anticipated purpose is achieved.
