On-line Analyzer System Integration Develop And Application Of New Technique In Lanzhou Petrochemical Company

With the wide application of computer technology and the development of advanced control technology in recent years, a dynamic real-time measure is necessary for processing quality parameter so as to do a dynamic on-line accuracy for quality calculation model to make sure the control accuracy of APC, and do the closed -loop control so as to improve the product quality, the yield and the economic performance to the greatest advantage, so these make a claim of higher performance to inline quality meter, the operation reliability and the accuracy of the analysis data become more important, the home inline analysis meter develops quickly in control system and the analysis system, but it is not enough in contrast to advanced world levels. There is a long history to develop and apply the inline analysis meter in our country, but for many problems, such as having not a full realization of the application condition particularity of inline analysis meter, having not perfect measures, and this work touches on a wide range of knowledge, it also has many technical difficulties, and furthermore, there are not professionals to do this work, therefore there is a problem that the meter do not watch with the system, and the most of the domestic and import inline meter can not operate for a long time. This problem is processing for solution. The technical development and the economic performance brought by the inline analysis meter have caught the attention of the petrochemical complex; Solving the operation reliability problem and improving the economic performance are in needed for set.In this paper, the production, actual state and the meaning of inline analysis meter system integration in petrochemical complex are introduced. The development and research content, application in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, common accident and the solution there of are introduced in detail, aiming to these problems existed in sampling system, prior handling system and final handling system of inline analysis meter can be solved by developing system parts and designing system. These improvements will provide the foundation for inline meter to be a long-term operation, improve the application level and bring a great economic performance for process units.
