In order to meet the requirements of Qindao Haier Commercial Conditioner Fabrication Plant for aluminium foil quality, many kind of aluminium foil are analyzed to find the relation between the defects and the properties of aluminium foil. The processing of aluminium foil used for the conditioner fin are generally found. The investigation proved that the structure equality, the shape, size and distribution of the second phase, the annealing technology and the later coating process are important for the aluminium foil stamping property. In order to meet the stamping requirements, the second phase in the aluminium foil should be homogeneous, fine, dispersive. The annealing temperature should be controlled accurately and measured in contact with the coils.
