| The open architecture system with Numerical Control (CNC) presented in 1990s is a kind of advanced architecture system with Computer Numerical Control (CNC), which has excellent expansibility, good stability, convenient maintenance and development .It is the future trends of the numerical control technology.The thesis is based on computer simulation technology and computer virtual reality technology, studies and develops 3D simulation system of the NC process. The contents of this thesis include:(1) The NC simulation system based on 3D model is designed according to the function of the NC simulation, the arithmetic and structure of the NC simulation system is presented, and the advantage and disadvantage of some familiar 3D geometry model.(2) The comprehensive simulation process of the NC including the definition of roughcast, preparer of cutting tools, panel operation measurement and so on is introduced.(3) The characteristic of the NC software is dissertated, the algorithm of the tool's track is researched, the discrete interpolation arithmetic of the NC program is realized, putting forward the methods of the inspection in the process about the NC program is put forward, and the compiling algorithm of NC file is designed.(4) Based on hierarchy modeling method, the geometric model and movement model of NC machine tool are established, and the simulation of process circumstance is realized.(5) Based on the technology of OpenGL, The perfect 3D graph effect and the interface of human-computer interaction is designed; the OpenGL based on Windows/MFC is realized.(6) The way of the graph interaction is used to define and set the cutting tools. the processing path of the cutting tool is dynamically demonstrated.(7) Some problems in the display process of the NC machining simulation are analyzedThis system has friendly interface, simple manipulation, good Portability... |
