Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae is the Chinese herbal medicine of the heart cerebral paroxysm. In recent years, a great deal of pharmacology researches discover that the water-soluble composition of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae have a good application foreground for heart and cerebral paroxysm treatment.People adopted the Protoctechualdehyde as the investigation index in the past, but the content of the Protoctechualdehyde is low in the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, it is about 0.03 -0.16%. And in recent years a great deal of researches discover that the most representative composition should be Salvanobic acid B, considering from the content and the efficacy. So the 2005 China Pharmacy prescribes Salvanobic acid B as the examination index sign of the water-soluble composition.The related researches report that Salvanobic acid B will be decompose over a long-term heating. So it is hard to extract it from the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in industrial production.According to the single and orthogonal design, the extraction technology of salvianolic acid from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was studied in this paper ;The results showed that the rate of salvianolic acid distilled by the refluxed method is better than others and the pure of salvianolic acid distilled by the ultrasonic method is best of all; It was found that 1:20 water to Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge the weigh ratio was used with ultrasonic treatment last for 20 min twice at the temperature of 80℃.The average extraction rate was above 90%.We also research the macroporous adsorption resin purified the Salvanobic acid B extracted solution. The results of experiment indicate that the D4020 macroporous adsorptive resin has prefertable adsorption and desorption effect on the Salvanobic acid B. The most adsorption reaches 106.26mg/mL and the rate of desorption reaches more 90%.This research studies the extraction and purification of Salvanobic acid and obtains a more simple, efficient and reasonable route of technics, it will provide a beneficial reference for the development of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
