| After China's entry into WTO , Chinese Pharmaceutical enterprises are facing challenges. The reforms on domestic security system and Pharmaceutical circulation system will be deemed to bring China's Pharmaceutical enterprises into a complicated economy and competition environment . According to statistic, main business revenue increase 22.23% than the same time of last year, but the profit only add 1.16%. How to improve their competition ability and promote their profit space in the complex environment becomes a very big issue in front of these enterprise. It is also a key problem to the small Chinese Pharmaceutical enterprises.In the future, Enterprises will focus their competition on the customer, the competition of which is in effect the competition of information. Therefore, it's fundamental for little pharmaceutical enterprises to gain competitive advantage that one should establish the customer-focused pharmaceutical enterprises information incorporation to improve it's ability to deal with information. In this study, the learner put forward the CRM module for small pharmaceutical enterprises in our country , which joined with CRM theory and dead against the actuality of enterprises.In this paper , we first state the general theory about CRM and it's application state in pharmaceutical enterprises in our country. By analyzing the development of small pharmaceutical enterprises in our country, it's marketing mode and the matters those exists, it reaches a conclusion that it is significant of the small pharmaceutical enterprises in our country to implement CRM based on the analysis and the problem we should care. |
