The Jining is coal-mining city, and is also one of important national energy production base. Coal is also an essential resouce for agricultural and industrial production and socio-economic development. The coal-mining could be used as an important energy resouce, and supported great economical efficiency. While the coal-mining also occurred a few of environmental problem. A large of solid waste were produced and heaped, a large area of sinking was resulted from coal-mining. The coal-mining occupy a large area of farmland, and destroyed ecological landscape around coal-mining area, which influenced severely the local ecolomical development and local people living.Based on the research approach on the restoration of sinking site of coal-ming area, and demand for restoration of sinking farmland around coal-ming area, a clearly aim for restoration of sinking site of coal-ming area. The final aim of restoration for wasteland coal-ming area is to restorate the productivity of farmland and ecosystem. The major techniques for restoration of wasreland included smooting land surface for shallow sinking site, digging in deep site to heap at shallow site, using the waste stone to heap sinking sites. The restoration area could be used to establishing villages, or used for developing farmland. The second method is to using the coal ash to heap the sinking area, and then develop farmlend on heapn area. If the sinking area is near lake area, the large mount of muds digging from lake and canal could be used to heap the shallow sinking sites for developing farmland, which is the third method. All of above procedures is based on theory of retoration ecology, ecosystem ecology. The final aim for restoration of wasteland is to establish a few of ecosystems with high productivity and high ecological efficiency.The present paper used the Xinlongzhuang coal-mining site as research case.
