With the development of the Internet and the prosperity of e-commerce,the value of supply chain logistics has become more and more important.It is now not only the material foundation for smooth business flow,but also the fundamental guarantee to realize the concept of "customer-centered".In order to reduce costs,enhance competitive ability and promote the future development of enterprises,a great deal of manufacturing enterprises choose to focus on their core business such as product development,production and sales,then outsourcing the logistics business to the enterprises which specialized in logistics management area.At this time,how to evaluate and select logistics service providers effectively has become one of the first importance question to be considered.At present,most domestic companies just use the “total cost” method,that is,comparing the quotations of the alternative logistics suppliers and selecting logistics service suppliers based on the "lowest price".However,this method may have some disadvantages such as it is difficult to guarantee the service quality and low efficiency of information management,which is not conducive to customer's satisfaction and even the future development of the enterprise itself.The research object of this paper “Company H”,as a chemical enterprise,also selected the total cost analysis method as the method of their selecting logistics service suppliers in the earlier stage,and there was no complete evaluation index for logistics suppliers,resulting in higher logistics rate,unstable arrival rate and higher customer complaint rate.In order to improve the pattern of logistics management,In this paper,an idea of logistics strategic alliance is introduced,a complete,scientific and reasonable evaluation index is set,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the final result.Based on the strategic cooperation perspective,Company H will select logistics suppliers through analytic hierarchy process(AHP),evaluate their current deficiencies through the score of sub-indicators,and Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve.Therefore,the method is not only helpful for enterprises to select the "most suitable" logistics service provider objectively,but also helpful for enterprises to have a targeted guidance for the strategic alliance supplier management they established.
