| As an important branch of modern logistics,iron and steel logistics transportation is an important guarantee for the production and circulation of iron and steel products.In the steel industry is faced with the severe challenges of overcapacity,domestic demand growth difficulties,significant decline in exports and rising operating costs,to promote the integration and optimization of steel logistics and transportation services,to achieve steel logistics and transportation cost reduction and efficiency,has become the key direction of the development of steel logistics.This paper systematically combs the related theories of iron and steel logistics transportation services,also the current development situation,combing with the operation reality of MG,to further find the core problems existing in iron and steel logistics and services in this enterprise.This paper puts forward integrated optimization on iron and steel transportation service of MG,underpinned by Supply Chain Integration Theory,Green Development Theory and Wisdom Logistic Theory.Specific as follows: Firstly,take constructing a quantitative model under the influence of carbon emissions into consideration,the model is intermodal transportation network quantitative optimization of integer programming model of MG iron and steel logistics.To integrate and optimize multimodal transportation network of MG(take Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou and Hangzhou for example),then to promote reengineering of multimodal process and optimizing and integrating of transport resources,also enhancing the iron and steel logistics transportation services.Secondly,the multimodal transport system of iron and steel logistics of MG should be promoted to maximize the transit rail and increase the proportion of railway transportation in the multimodal transport with the carrier of pack-back transport and classified transport.At the same time,the multimodal forward/reverse logistics transportation of transport lines,transport nodes,transport tools and other logistics and transport resources integration and green recycling of transport equipment,as well as forward/reverse transport business two-way integration,effectively improve the transport efficiency and green recycling of multimodal transport;In addition,it will promote the effective application and operation of green logistics facilities and equipment in the multimodal transport service,and effectively improve the green application and transformation development of steel logistics in MG.Thirdly,based on the construction of cloud technology wisdom logistics information platform,the MG steel logistics information sharing and management public platform is built.The Internet of Things and big data technology are introduced to realize the intelligent scheduling and intelligent loading of iron and steel logistics transportation in MG,and effectively improve the level of iron and steel logistics information sharing and dynamic monitoring in MG.Finally,according to the integration and optimization of steel logistics and transportation service of MG,corresponding guarantee measures for implementation were put forward from the aspects of organizational structure,human resources and financial support. |
