The dodecyl alkyl monophosphate product are synthesized with method of polyphosphoric acid in the paper. Effects of phosphorylation agent, polyphosphoric acid concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and hydrolysis condition on the product are investigated and most prime art conditions are fumbled. The contents of mono-, di- and phosphoric acid is analyzed by sodium hydroxide titration with the two indicator phenolphthalein and methyl orange and dodecanol is analyzed by gas chromatography. The conclusion is the ration of reaction material (ROH/P2O5/H2O) equal 1.8/1/1,esterification temperature is 90℃and reaction time is 6h. At the same time, the hydrolysis condition are researched. The conclusion is hydrolysis temperature is 80℃, time is 1.5h, the amount of adding water is 5% of total weight. The high contents phosphate which has object index of 80% mono-, less than 6% dodecanol and orthophosphoric acid using field preparation polyphosphoric acid are synthesized.Another, the relation between composing of dodecyl alkyl phosphate and surface abilities are showed phosphate mixture which is composed of monoester main, and diester, dodecanol and orthoposphoric acid has lower surface tension, high foaming abilities and good emulsifying abilities. At last, the structure and composing on the product are confirmed by TG, IR, and MS.
