This paper introduce a monitor& control system of coal mine underground ventilator based on CAN BUS.The whole system,which is based on CAN BUS,embeded tech, is composed of 3 parts: Field-used Integrative controller,USB-CAN bus adpter and main monitor computer.The major production are as follow:1 .A series diagnostic rules of ventilation system faults have been abtained,based on the analyzing of faults structure of local ventilation system and researching on the rough set theory,which supplys methods for the establishment of fast dagnostic system.2.A integrative controllerused for coal-mine-used local ventilators is developed.It detects the gas density and status of the ventilators, controls the wind flow by the combinations of speed level of 4 motors, and control the power of underground facilities, according to the information detected.It also has an ability of remote digit communication using CAN bus.3. The adapter of USB-CAN is developed, the CAN application protocol of self-defined is studied, and the communication between the master monitor-controlling computer and the field integrated monitor-controller is realized.4. The software of monitor-controller by the utilize the technologies of Delphi 2006 and Database (SQL Server2000), the real time monitor towards undermine ventilating system's network and the control of monitor data are realized, hence, that local gas concentration's upper limitation in the ventilating system in time is detected and alarming about ventilating machine's malfunction are possible, hidden trouble can be solved rapidly, and could be integrated with corporation's information system efficiently.In this paper, the research fruit is the integrating application of multi-subjects. The developed system tested by experiment posses good reliability, undermine local ventilating equipment and the safety of local ventilation are ensured efficiently. The realization of the system is an efficient attempt about monitor system digitalized, network connection and integration with corporation's information system, so it's good use for reference.
