Research On The Remote Monitoring System Of Local Ventilator Underground Coal Mine

The monitoring object of the remote monitoring system for local ventilator is local ventilator. In the process of coal mining, local ventilator with stable and efficient operation is the security for personnel safety,equipment safety and coal mine production safety.We made a detailed investigation into the composition of local ventilator system and the actual operating environment of Pingdingshan one mine,and we have done a detailed study of the function of various configuration software and theirs' Communication method. Then,we put forward the scheme of using Siemens's WINCC as the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA),and using its OPC protocol interface to get data from KEPServer,which got the data from communication station,which got it from feed switch and double power switch.It is necessary to develop a set of multifunctional communication substation to use this scheme.485 bus interface,232 interface, CAN bus interface, and Ethernet interface are needed to make sure that the substation has an access to get information from various equipment.A friendly man-machine dialogue interface is needed to meet the requirements of changing the equipment parameters easily.The WINCC's Monitor interface achieved the goals of monitoring the operation parameters of local ventilator, alarming when the operating parameters exceed the standard,storing the historical data for later viewing,writing and printing the report.
