Cnc Machine Training System For Network Design And Development

At present, with the rapid development of NC technology, The needs of NC trainingincreases largely. Traditional machine training equipment, training methods are no longersuitable for CNC technology and equipment development. To meet the growing demandfor NC training, This paper introduces the design and development of a new type ofweb-based NC lathe training systemThis paper is based on the CNC milling machine of NNC-R2C training platform. First,I built the hardware and software programs of web-based NC lathe training system. Fromthen on the paper introduced the structure of CNC lathe training platform, minutelyexplained the NC lathe fault system, established various parts of the fault tree model,analyzed the fault system and specified the various fault, fault type, fault response andtreatment. The analysis of NC lathe fault system provides scientific basis for the design anddevelopment of the fault setting and assessment system. For the sake of solving thecommunication problem between NC and computer, this paper used the "serialinterception" technique obtained the PPI communication protocol of the Siemens 802Csystem and achieved alarm information output. Finally, in conjunction with a series oftechnology and the methods of VB Winsock network communication technology, ADOdatabase technology, ActiveX application and etc, the paper finished the design anddevelopment of the fault setting and assessment software system to the CNC lathe trainingplatform. With CNC lathe hardware platform, the paper successfully constructed aweb-based NC lathe training system including teaching and training functions andcombining teaching material, instructors and devices together in an integrationenvironment.The web-based NC lathe training system this paper studied can be used not only toNC training and teaching but provide a good learning environment for the teachers andstudents. It is also a good boost to NC training development of our country.
