Catalytic cracking of crude oil is a high-risk link in the petrochemical production process.It is required that the catalytic cracking production personnel must have excellent operational skills and troubleshooting capabilities.At the same time,chemical engineering colleges are required to pay more attention to the cultivation of students' ability in the above two aspects.In view of the current disparity between corporate training and actual production in the chemical industry,school education can not be truly hands-on training status.Based on simulation and fault diagnosis technology,the design scheme of catalytic cracking 3D training system and fault diagnosis module is proposed and applied to catalytic cracking.In the training system.The 3D training system breaks through the traditional training method of external training and realizes the leap from 2D to 3D.The fault diagnosis module provides an effective solution for improving the fault diagnosis capability of internal training users.The main contents of this paper are as follows:According to the current training status of the chemical industry,based on simulation and fault diagnosis technology,this paper proposes the design scheme of catalytic cracking 3D training system and fault diagnosis module and applies it to the catalytic cracking training system to realize the training of external training from 2D to 3D.At the same time,it provides an effective method for improving the fault diagnosis ability of internal training users.However,due to time and effort,in the fault diagnosis section,only the failure-reaction part of the catalytic cracking unit was analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the Unity 3D and Visual Studio development platform is combined with advanced virtual reality technology to realize a catalytic cracking 3D training system of a petrochemical company.In addition,the WCF digital server based on HTTP communication protocol is realized through data contract,service contract and service interface.Designed to realize data communication between the catalytic cracking 3D training system and the DCS simulation training system.Secondly,the fault analysis of the reaction-regeneration system is carried out,and its fault tree model is established,and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are carried out.Firstly,HAZOP analysis is performed on the system to obtain the HAZOP analysis table for determining the top event of the fault tree model.Then,the SDG modeling of the system is used to determine the intermediate events and basic events of the fault tree model and their logical relationships.Finally,based on The HAZOP analysis table and the SDG model establish a system fault tree model.Then,According to the qualitative analysis of the system fault tree model,the minimum cut set of the system failure mode is obtained,and the probability of occurrence of the top event of the fault tree model and the probability importance of each basic event are obtained by quantitative analysis.Aiming at the problem that the probability of occurrence of basic event faults in quantitative analysis is uncertain,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Triangular Fuzzy Number(TFN)are introduced.Finally,based on the FTA model of the reaction-regeneration system and the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the fault library required for the fault diagnosis module of the DCS simulation system is established.The fault diagnosis module of the catalytic cracking DCS simulation training system was designed based on C# language,and its overall function was tested to verify the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis module.
