Anoxia widely exists in the life and work of man. With the development of economy, the researches on anoxia are more and more attached important in many fields, such as physic, military affairs, gymnasium, spaceflight, dive working, travel and so on. Because anoxia can bring many pathological processes, and has effects on physiological function and physical metabolism of man, so it is significant to research on anti-anoxia foods for preventing and remeding anoxia.Our topic makes transformation the traditional Chinese medicine with the medicative fungus to combine the preponderance of traditional Chinese medicine with modem biotechnology. The modem biotechnology expand the new directions and upgrade the develop potentiality of traditional Chinese medicine. Use the Armillariella tabescens, Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus co-fermentation with the genuine traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan such as Astragalus mongholicus, morinda root, Epimedium, psoraleae, Acanthopanax giraldii Harms, curcumae longae, szechwan lovage rhizome, to research the preliminary functionality pharmacological action of product of the co-fermentation.Our topic main research work and the effect following:1,We obtained some preliminary functionality products with co-fermentation which can prolonged the weight loading swimming of mice, videlicet, the combination of Ganoderma lucidum and curcumae longae 1:0.1, the combination of Ganoderma lucidum and psoraleae 1:0.1, the combination of Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus mongholicus 1:0.1. Compared to blank comparison, three combination can prolonged the the weight loading swimming of mice remarkably and fearfully remarkably; Compared to blank comparison, the combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1:10 can prolonged the survival time of mice in acute cerebral hypoxia experiment remarkably, the combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1:0.1 can prolonged the survival time of mice in acute cerebral hypoxia experiment fearfully remarkably. The survival time of mice in acute cerebral hypoxia experiment of combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1: 1 is close to the blank.2,The szechwan lovage rhizome powder and the szechwan lovage rhizome water extract co-fermentation with Armillariella tabescens, and the effect of the co-fermentation product show the szechwan lovage rhizome water extract can prolonged the survival time of mice in acute cerebral hypoxia experiment remarkably. And then select the szechwan lovage rhizome water extract co-fermentation with Armillariella tabescens.3,To succeed the topic, we selected the the combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1:0.1 to ferment in the fermentor to enlarge the fermentor technology. Through the period of time when the Armillariella tabescens and the combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1:0.1 ferment in the fermentor, we sampling in the fixed-point and fixed-time to analyze and record the weight of dry and wet mycelial threads, the content of intra-cell polysaccharides and the change of PH through the fermentation time of two products. Then choose some products in fixed-time for the anti-anoxia. Compared to blank comparison, the combination of Armillariella tabescens and szechwan lovage rhizome 1:0.1 ferment 168 hours in the fermentor can prolonged the survival time of mice in acute cerebral hypoxia experiment remarkably. And the experiment effect provide the precondition and the foundation for the industrialization production of this co-fermentation anti-anoxia drug.
