Rhizoma Chuanxiong is well known as genuine medicinal materials all round world.It is conventional Chinese medicine which soft nature and acrid flavour, it mainly treat headache,dizziness, flank pain and abdominal pain, arthralgia due to cold, muscular spasm, Amenorrhea, dystocia, carbuncle-abscess, furuncles, So a lot exports. However, due to, the heavy metal content of Rhizoma Chuanxiong in China's Pharmacopoeia is not clearly defined and in recent years some countries implemented more stringent standards of crude drug and licensing of heavy metal-detection method, on China's exports of Chinese herbal medicines have a very negative impact. The important factor of over standard rate of heavy metals in Rhizoma Chuanxiong is the higher levels of heavy metals in plant soil,it can absorb heavy metals in the soil, leading to the heavy metal concentration in Rhizoma Chuanxiong medicines too high.Planting soil in Aoping town,Pengzhou city which is called " village of Chuanxiong " is selected as the soil samples, carried out on large-scale investigation of Rhizoma Chuanxiong planting soil. Determined and analysised heavy metals in the soil of this region, according to different methods to evaluate their evaluation of heavy metals pollution in the soil, researched suitable for cultivation of Rhizoma Chuanxiong the best soil environment for the cultivation of improved soil Rhizoma Chuanxiong research foundation, and its profile of the soil distribution to determine the impact of soil pollution, to improve and control the ecological environment and provide reference to the plan of sustainable development of socio-economic development.Based on the analysis of the soil before dealing with two different methods of comparison, microwave digestion deal with soil samples in relation to the national standard method can save at least half of the time, and the operation more convenient. In addition, the two methods of the same sample have the almost same results ,also recovery rate,which proved feasibility of microwave digestion,and provide to a reference for future work in this area.The soil is evaluated by Nemerow index method and single factor index. The average value through evaluation index of single factor pollution ,it shows that the order of five kinds of heavy metal pollution is Cd> Cu> As> Pb> Hg in Aoping town;Through evaluation index of Nemerow pollution index,it shows that six sampling the soil is safe level, 12 percent of the total, 10 soil sampling points are alert level, accounting for 20% of the total, and the rest of light pollution, accounted for 68% of the total. Nemerow index of integrated pollution is the greatest impact on Cd elements.All Enrichment Factor value of five heavy metals is more than 1 Through the evaluation of enrichment factor to the soil in Aoping town,it means that the five kinds of heavy metals in the region are affected by man-made ,but it is not serious.Spatial heterogeneity of heavy metals in soil is obvious,especially Cd,Hg,Cu,As,their value are separately 13.08,0.14,0.02,3.22 from the lowest to the highest 95.07,0.83,0.19,11.23, the highest value is the minimum value of the 7.26,5.93,9.50,3.49 times, the average value are 46.97,0.47,0.06,5.74,it means that little effect from foreign pollution.The different pollution index calculation method will obtain the different results to Evaluate of heavy metal pollution in the soil. Therefore, it is very important that the choice of the evaluation method for heavy metals in soil in a particular area,which can make the most objective reality results and provide to the reasonable basis of the most comprehensive utilization and planning for soil environment.This paper analyzes heavy metal pollution of Rhizoma Chuanxiong planting soil in Aoping town,and combine with adsorption mechanism of crops to heavy metals in the soil, selecting the most suitable region and reference of the Rhizoma Chuanxiong of cultivation.
