Zhoushan Sea Area Chemical Spills, Emergency Countermeasures

The pollution of the ocean environment is a global problem. Shipbuilding and ship-transportation in Zhoushan harbor have been developing so quickly and the potential danger going with poisonous and nocuous chemical has become leaping too. So it is very important to protect water area and to research on how to prevent and deal with pollution of poisonous chemicals. Therefore we should make accurate forecast and judgment according to the dangerous source special details, draws up the reasonable effective emergency recovery plan. Unifies the characteristic of Zhoushan area, studying emergency processing plan which deal with leaking chemical pollution has very vital significance.This paper classified the chemicals according their physical and chemical characteristic, their movement characteristics and formulas were presented. Secondly, danger properties, damage effects and pollution paths of chemicals were analyzed, especially the harm to the biology,tour and nature resource in different results after been leaked. These factors are analyzed and fix quantified with the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Finally, it researches emergency methods for the leaking of chemicals combining with the characteristic of Zhoushan sea-area' s nature condition. In this research, there are material projects to different kinds of chemicals' diffusing, different classes of accidents and all kinds of conditions of seawater.
