In recent years, PDM has gotten more and more extensive application and become an absolutely necessary tool for enterprises information with the swift development of computer technology. According to research largely these technologies,and the characteristic of double winder, carried on the module division to it, then based on PDM platform to create double winder product data management model; Has researched the modular technology, the product family and the CBR technology, the thesis proposed the double winder product fast configuration method.Based on the modular design theory, this thesis research on the method of modular design that based on product overall lifecycle, and use this method to carry on the module division to the double winder product.The module division method very suit the product lifecycle management.Through carried on the classification to the product data ,this thesis has research double winder product data management mode based on the SmarTeam platform, which was favorable to the product overall lifecycle management.Through the research of modular technology, the product family and the CBR technology,they were adapted in the double winder product confiuration design, which based on the example, further realizes the product rapid configuration process.Along with the enterprise information development, the PDM information integration will become a developing tendency.
