Study On Product Configuration Based On Modular Product Family

Mass customization is a kind of new production pattern;it must become the production way of main stream of the industry of 21 century. How to efficiency configured the product that accords with customer demands that is one of the keys of the success of mass customization. Figuration design based on product family of modular is the effective means of solving this problem. This article take the fly frame product as the research object thoroughly studied the fly frame product configuration technology theory and the method, mainly studied the content as follows:In the research product family model theory foundation, carried on the product family to the fly frame plans, studied the modular division method with emphasis, carried on the function module division according to the function structure mapping principle to the fly frame, established based on the modular fly frame product class model.Studied the product configuration theoretical model, the product configuration management, the product configuration design and the product configuration rule, studied with emphasis the product variable configuration rule, introduced the modular design idea into PVS, Proposed product variable configuration method based on the modular and produced the configuration flow.Studied the gain and transformed of the user demand, and the two developments technologies research of Smarteam, provided the guarantee for the system development. In the Smarteam platform, developed one set disposition prototype system based on the modular product family of fly frame product, might act fast choice module according to the user demand, configrated the product plan that meets the user needDetailed introduced the structure of the configuration system of fly frame product as well as the system function, finally produced the system movement example.
