The virtual NC technology is the mapping of the virtual NC milling machine in the virtual environment,it includes manufacturing technology,CNC theory,computer-aided design(CAD),computer-aided manufacturing(CAM)and computer modeling and simulation technology,people can perceive the three-dimensional computer simulation model of the virtual environment,in the design of the new program or change the plan, the parts of NC can be conducted in a virtual environment,and test the NC program,check the process of NC May arise in the collision,to interfere in danger of the machine parts and processes is reasonable.Therefore,the geometric simulation to be use in the process to test the accuracy of virtual code of NC's enterprise system is urgently needed,it can help designers to create problems in the inspection,timely amended the design code of the problem,Some or complete abolition of the links will be removed,thus reducing design and manufacturing cycle and costs;at the same time virtual system can also be applied to vocational schools in the "numerical control technology" training courses in using computers to simulate the real NC Machine tools, thus greatly reduce school costs and eliminate potential safety problems,and improve the quality of teaching.The traditional NC virtual systems are using Visual C++ called OpenGL to develop,This method of implementation has more efficient.But use Visual C++ development has the low level of visualization,complex programming,the developer has a high demand,resulting in long development cycle,the high cost.The choice of Delphi to develop OpenGL virtual numerical control system,using Delphi powerful visual component to the rapid development of rich interface,the practical function of NC simulation systems and procedures in the implementation of efficiency also can be guaranteed.Using Delphi development of OpenGL-based Virtual NC simulation system has more advantages,a highly efficient,highly visual,and other characteristics,so that developers can concentrate on algorithms thinking,without considering the underlying technology,shortening the development cycle and reduce the development costs and be able to facilitate the speedy development of the interface beautiful,feature-rich virtual NC simulation system.This paper focused on exploring the methods of use Delphi to development the virtual NC milling machine,cutting tools to study the trajectory simulation center with a focus on geometric simulation,developed a code based on the NC data-driven virtual NC milling machine system..Through the processing of the environmental modeling, use 3D graphics display the process of NC machining,and use geometric model as a means of check processing in the process of the various problems,to provide the NC code of the try-excision.
