Abstract/Summary:
Modern spinning technology is an advanced plastic shaping craft that is widely used in the field of precise processing technology of aerospace and military industry. It has become an important shaping method for flexible manufacturing of rotary thin-wall parts. Spinning machine that reveals the engineering standard of spinning shaping craft is the key equipment in spinning shaping craft. With the development of computer technology, it is an outstanding leap that used computer control technology for spinning machine and technology to realize record-retrieve function. It has dramatically increased in the manufacture precision and efficiency of parts as well as brings considerable economic profits to human being. Especially, it is used conveniently to product the scientific management of modernization.This dissertation mainly demonstrated that the fundamental theory of tube spinning, including tube spinning deformation, spinning stresses and process parameter in key spinning parts etc. We have developed the control system to acquiesced in expectations that on the basis of offering machinery. The system is constructed by the distributed-dual CPU structure adopts the industry PC(IPC) and the programming multiple-axis controller(GT400); IPC and GT400 are the control center of the system which consists of YASKAWA AC servo motor, servo control units and encoders etc. The develop studio of CNC system is on basis of GT400 own hardware and software. An open-architectural hardware and software system was mainly divided into some functional modules. These functional modules will run coordinately to realize the manual processing, automatic processing, digitizer teaching processing and record-retrieve processing etc. The kernel controller of CNC system on basis of GT400 could shorten the development cycle and realize the rational disposition of resources. The control software is developed with Visual C++6.0, in which has friendly interface, good real-time characteristic, high precision, convenient operation etc. The implementation of every module of the control system software is analyzed. After debugged, this control system acquiesced in expectations in the reality of the factory, and it runs very well.
