The issue Originates from the' anti-drainage engineering subsystems' of the key research ' WEB-GIS-based digital model of mine' of the Office of Science Education in Guizhou Province. To solve local coal mine water hazard in Guizhou Province is the basic starting point of the Research. Development of a GIS-based local coal mine in Guizhou Province water Risk Assessment Management System bases on the local coal mine in Guizhou Province water hazard evaluation system and the Display System classification GIS integrated the local coal mine in Guizhou Province water hazard evaluation and management of the status quo. At the same time, through the establishment of coal distribution maps of the mine water hazard graded, the higher authorities can grasp all coal mine water danger rating and location of the mine, and this provides access to water in the mine victims to achieve more information on the location map and the corresponding control measures. Application of this system will be conducive to superior department timely understanding of the scope of jurisdiction of the mine water and basic information and harm the relevant factors, and to develop appropriate control measures to prevent major flood coal mine accidents.The detailed analysis of the 2002-2007 coal mine in Guizhou Province in water damage accident cases based on study to relevant state laws and regulations and summarized evaluation of safety in recent years on the basis of research results to determine the local coal mines in Guizhou water hazard risk assessment methods that the ' Improved Risk Index Evaluation ' to determine the quantitative evaluation of the mine water hazard indicators and the methods of evaluation findings.To study the coal mines water damage incidents in Guizhou Province and to study, research and the collection of field data and information (mainly concerning with the safety of the status quo mine comprehensive evaluation report, the ' coal mine in Guizhou Province and the typical case of major accidents Selected' )to get the local coal mine in Guizhou Province water status of the evaluation. The establishment of a local coal mine in Guizhou Province Water accidents evaluation model has been produced in Zunyi GIS-based mine water hazard map of the status quo, and the preparation of the procedures will be produced by the map and its associated attribute information, establishing a GIS-based coal mines water Evaluation and Management System. The system maps with different color ways that mine water hazard danger rating can click on a graphic to transfer part of the part of the attribute information and can also attribute information for graphics. When the water danger rating changed, the system can change its attributing information with automatically updating graphics and changing the status quo of mines water hazard.Mines water distributing maps was made using of digital methods SuperMap Deskpro 5.0 2D-graphics. Using of large-scale components of SuperMap Objects geographic information system for GIS development platform and Visual Basic to establish the local coal mines in Guizhou Province water hazard assessment management system.
