The monitoring of the pumping wells is an important link for oil production,and it is capable of helping to judge the operation condition of the pumping well and providing reliable proof of high efficiency,reasonable exploitation and the convenient management for the well.With the rapid development of the oil industry,the traditional manual operation can't meet the needs of modern oil production.The remote monitoring system can overcome the shortage.In this paper,the remote monitoring system with perfect function,high reliability and low cost is presented,in which computer technology,electronic technology and communication technology are involved.The indicator diagram of the pumping well is an important method to know the operation condition of the oil pump in the well.It is a diagram consisting of the displacement and the load of the sucker rod in a complete period.At present,taking advantage of the wire-drawing displacement sensor to obtain the displacement is a normal method,but it can't be applied to the long-term,continuous and real-time monitoring because of its short life.In this paper,the acceleration sensor is proposed to obtain the starting point of each period instead of the wire-drawing displacement sensor,and then wire-drawing displacement sensor is used to calibrate the dot displacement at a fixed time in a period,which ensure the accuracy of the displacement.The operation condition sensor,the handy receiver,the data relay unit and the data management center are involved in the system.The operation condition sensors set on the pumping wells can collect and store the indicator diagram data at a fixed time,then send the data to the data relay unit.And the data of several operation condition sensors will be gathered by the data relay unit and transmitted to the data management center by the remote network,where storing,inquiring,analyzing and printing can be accomplished,as well as data share by network.The handy receiver is used to set and calibrate the operation condition sensor,and obtain the indicator diagram data.The hardware circuit is designed at low power consumption.The LPC2138 microcontroller based on ARM7 and the wireless data transmission module with low power consumption are taken.The SD card is made use of to improve the storage capability and the data reliability.The ADXL105 is selected as an acceleration sensor.It is a high performance, high accuracy and complete single-axis acceleration measurement system on a single monolithic IC.The ADXL105 offers significantly increased bandwidth and reduced noise versus previously available micromachined devices.H7710 is taken based on data communication network with CDMA 1X as CDMA module,which compose data communication network with high speed and transparent data communication. The software design complies with the module ideology.It not only considers the realization of the function of each module,but also thinks over the total compatibility of the procedure.The software of the system consists of the software of the operation condition sensor,the software of the data collector and the software of the data management center.The software of the operation condition sensor and the data collector is developed based on ADS, and is created to executable codes by AXD,then downloaded into the on-chip Flash by the EasyJTAG emulator.The data management center works in server/guest mode with SQL Server data-base.The software of the data management center is developed based on Visual Basic 6.0,and run in Windows operation system.The communication network consists of the wireless data transmission network and CDMA network.The wireless data transmission network is made up of the operation condition sensor and the data relay unit,which works at ISM frequency band,thus the transmission of the neighboring data is realized.The data relay unit is used as a node for wireless data transmission network,and communicate with the computer in the data management center,thus the transmission of the remote data is realized.In this system,the combination of the acceleration sensor and the wire-drawing displacement sensor is involved for the first time,so the continuous monitoring for the pumping well is achieved,and at the same time the reliability is improved;ARM is used as a microprocessor,the circuit with low power consumption is utilized,and the system is working in low consumption mode,which prolong the battery's lifetime;the combination of the wireless data transmission network and CDMA network reduces the cost of the installation and running;the data management center works in server/guest mode,which makes the data share convenient.All what is mentioned above provides the system with many advantages such as the continuous monitoring,the low consumption,the wireless connection,the convenient installation and reliable performance.At present,the hardware and the software of the system has been test and applied in the pumping wells,and the application proves this system to be workable and effective.
