Oilfield are mostly located in the swamp, desert and basin, shallow sea area, withmuch land and few people from the city, transportation and communication facilities arebackward. Oil wells are scattered in a radius of several tens of kilometers in the region,by a number of single well metering station and combination station, the productiondepartment, every day reading, touring well takes a lot of manpower, material resources,and the well condition problems such as pumping rod, motor belt slippage, are unable tounderstand the situation, affecting production, caused a direct economic loss.In GPRScommunication,3G communication, short distance wireless ad hoc networks, Internettechnology is very mature, very wide application today, digital oilfield become possible,but also become the inevitable trend. Under these conditions, the remote monitoring andenergy efficiency evaluation system will emerge as the times require.The thesis realizes the pumping well efficiency analysis in the evaluation offunction: according to the real-time measured power curve, real-time judgement ofpumping well balanced, calculation of pumping unit well balance; according to thepower consumption, liquid production, crude oil density and other parameters,calculation of pumping unit well tons of liquid power consumption, tons of fuelconsumption,100meters tons of liquid power consumption,100meters tons of fuelconsumption; based on wireless dynamometer diagram calculation of rod power,combined with the input power and the liquid yield and other parameters, calculate thesurface equipment efficiency of pumping well, downhole efficiency and systemefficiency; based on liquid production, crude oil density, pump diameter suchparameters, calculation of the pump discharge coefficient; utilization evaluation methodanalysis and evaluation of the whole pumping system efficiency.Thesis first introduces the composition and working principle of sucker rodpumping oil system, beam pumping unit is analyzed in detail and the working principleof the pump for the building behind the rod-pumped well remote monitoring system toprovide theoretical basis and evaluation of energy efficiency technology. Thenintroduces the goal, running environment of the whole system and constraints, and assumptions, and then analyzed the functional requirements, and the archivesmanagement, metering statistics, energy conservation evaluation analysis and operationmonitoring requirements in detail. Second to meet system requirements under thepremise of the basic concept of system and the processing flow, system structure,database, the design of the interface. Then in energy-saving evaluation analysis andalarm functions, for example in detail from a program description, paragraphs, function,performance, input and output, use case diagrams, algorithms, process logic, logicstructure design, database design, code realization. And then test the function of thesystem, through the system test show that the system meet the test requirements.Evaluation of pumping well remote monitoring and energy efficiency of thissystem has been test run in Shengli Oilfield, and achieved good results.
