As the rapid development of modern industrial technology and production working procedure automation, it makes higher demands on bar of the quality specification, dimensional precision and performance. In the bar rolling process, the larger dynamic speed droop is not only dangerous, but also difficult to the micro-tension adjustment. Therefore, the study on the analysis of the dynamic speed droop is quite important meaning to improve the quality of rolling bar product.In order to improve the quality of rolling bar product, the thesis mainly research on the pre-setting accuracy of the rolling parameter. In this thesis, it has comprehensively been analyzing the working theory, control method, modeling methodologies to establish the mathematics model of the drive system. Design the double-closed-loop system and establish the single frame drive model, advancing slip model and the tension model. In aspect of model realization, system simulation has been realized through using dynamic structures of Simulink of Matlab software , it provides a good way to analysis the inpact between the rod demensional accuracy and the dynamic speed droop.In this paper, compared with simulation result and measured value, it prove that the model can reflect the real conditions. Trough changing the parameter, it gets the influence law to work process. The research result in this thesis has been confirmed in the work field and the production is improved.
