With the further development of the landlocked oil fields, an increasing large of associated gas has been wasted, so there was a need to research a new technology system method for the associated gas recovery and utilization in remote areas.HYSYS chemical process simulation accuracy and precision, not only for the improvement of process design, but also production guidance of great significance in reducing the experimental consumption, and eliminate security risks is also very necessary. HYSYS is the most widely used simulation software of one chemical, it is simple, powerful, and accurate simulation of the advantages of simulation of complex chemical process is an important tool.In this paper, Using HYSYS simulation software simulate the new technology of oil associated gas system,, the whole process can make a correct assessment of the future through the simulation results would be applied to the whole process works in practice to lay a theoretical foundation and could provide a help.
