Study On Water Environment Management And Water Pollution Control Of Qingdao Small Town

At present,the small town's water environmental quality is poor,and the pollution is serious,which has affacted its ecological environment,life safety and economic development.6.6 present villages of QingDao small town were seriously polluted,30 present conventional monitoring section of surface water were polluted inordinately,40.9 present water quality of ground water didn't conform to theⅢstandard request of《Quality standard for ground water》(GB/T14848-93).In addition,the comprehensive sewerage and sewage disposal facilities of QingDao small town was distemperedness,the area source pollution of agriculture and rubbish collection was especially serious,it didn't settle the water environmental pollution of the small town by consistency control.thus,it is necessery to explore new method for water environment management and water pollution control of small town.This study evaluates the current level of QingDao small town's water environmental quality by three approachs which were inhabitant subjiective evaluation,sampling and monitoring and the local administrative authority supplementary investigation.43 rural towns and 29 regions were polluted in small town of QingDao.In the 119 monitoring sections of surface water,16.0 present of monitoring section was polluted by COD_Cr,10.1 present of monitoring section was polluted by TP,8.4 present of monitoring section was polluted by NH₃-N,5.0 present of monitoring section was polluted by NO₃-N.In the 22 monitoring points of ground water,36.4 present of monitoring section was polluted by NH₃-N,13.6present of monitoring section was polluted by NO₃-N,4.5 present of monitoring section was polluted by NO₂-N.This study verify the pollution reason and pollution trend bassing of the small town on the the current level of water environmental quality by field investigation on 36 severly polluted rural towns.According to the survey,there are 88 rural towns and 6000 villages in QingDao small town,which has 43 present village collecting its waste water,and its collection was open channel.The small town of QingDao has only 33 rural town constructing sewage treatment facilities.The surface water was polluted by the area source pollution of agriculture,rubbish collection and point source pollution such as domestic waste water and industrial waste water.Its Organic pollution and eutrophication was serious.We ascertained the main total control factor COD_Cr and NH₃-N,and 28 total controlled reachs on the the current level of water environmental quality and field survey.At the same time,this paper probed the calculation model of water environmental capacity and its preferences.We selected the suitable water environmental capacity of the calculating model for small urban areas of Qingdao.We got the water environmental capacity of 34 rivers'60 reaches by calculating.We mastered the water environment quality and present situation of water pollution in QingDao small town,and calculated the water environmental capacity which has water environment function zoning of river.Above these,we put forward water pollution controlling scheme from the perspective of water environmental management,which specificed to different pollution status and different level protection of small town.(1) There are 12 reaches which has water environment function zoning and seriously polluted in QingDao small town,and 21 reaches which was designated as secondary protection areas and potential protected areas of drinking water sources,which needed to control its total amount of pollutants into the river according to carrying capacity of water environment bassing on carrying out《The Comprehensive Water Pollution Emission Standards of ShanDong Peninsula》(DB37/676-2007).(2) Other reaches of QingDao small town carry out《The Comprehensive Water Pollution Emission Standards of ShanDong Peninsula》(DB37/676-2007) strictly.This study shows that,we must control the total amount of pollutants into the river by carrying out the total capacity control bassing on concentration controlling to command the water pollution of QingDao small town completely.This paper puts forward water pollution controlling method from the perspective of water environmental management which specificed to the small town of QingDao.This method can also be used for other small towns' water environmental management and pollution control of China.
