Each year, the direct and indirect losses of China caused by acid rain and SO2 pollution reached up to thousands of billion yuan, so for the present and for quite a long time in future , to reduce the emission of SO2, to control the air pollution of SO2 , and to protect the quality of atmosphere have been one of our country's important issues on environmental protection.After a deep study and practice of a flue gas desulfurization technology of one factory, this paper shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the desulfurization technology and the program of its implementation.The paper firstly outlines the development of flue gas desulfurization technology . By analyzing the different characteristics of flue gas desulfurization method, combined with practical, the paper introduces the wet flue gas desulfurization with CaO/MgO technology related presentations, and describes the design of technique process ; Secondly, a analysis on factors of impact on the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization, and several mathematical models of the flue gas desulfurization process are briefly conducted .The article also describes the development of distributed control system and technical features ; based on the full understanding of distributed control system and wet flue gas desulfurization technology, and according to the actual demand of the automatic control system of flue gas desulfurization, selection of hardware is done; After a detailed analysis of the object features and control principle of desulfurization process ,and a introduction on the structure, function and design group of FGD-DCS automatic control system of the structure, the article discusses the logic design on how to flue gas desulfurization system to start, stop , control the system and the Countermeasures at the time of an emergency outage response.In accordance with the characteristics of subsystems and specific control requirements of flue gas desulfurization system , a design about a control strategy adapted to it the system structure of subsystem is laid out, while the structure chart, configuration and control strategies of the subsystem are also described in detail.Run over a period of time,the system performance works stably and reliably , thus increases the efficiency of the desulfurization system , as well as the degree of automation. This paper shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the desulfurization technology and the program of its implementation.
