The paper used the reation solution of solvet-free technology synthesis of cyclo-hexene oxide as working system, according to cyclohexene oxide have instability of high themosensitive and photosensitivity, and it's highly reactive epoxy three-membered ring struture, based on the Analysis of product composition by using Gas Chromatography, based on basic theory of separation process and the characteristics of the mosensitive material, highly effect to solve the separation and purification of cyclohexene oxide from the system, by using technics of first step removing light component,second step vacuum batch distillation the product.Using mathematics model aforded by literature disigned the technics of the vacuum batch distillation of the second step product tower. The 80-90% yield was determined. the vacuum batch distillation operated at 0.08Mpa vacuum, adding ethyleneglycol monobufyl ether must more than 24% mass fraction.using FUG method calculated theoretical plate number of the second step product tower is 10 and minimum reflux ratio is 5.By discussing the effects of the each factor on the progress and result of vacuum batch distillation, the mode and codition of the operation also were experimentally determined.Total reflux time is 120-150min. The step changging heating rate of small? big? small which realized by slowly adjusting temperature controlling instrument.in this way can reduced the cycle of vacuum batch distillation and the step changging reflux retio of 6? 8? 10 were used which can effectly improve various index. In this condition the good result of 99.5% purity which Analysised by using Gas Chromatography and 85% single yield of cyclohexene oxide were obtained. At last, There is a virtual binary distillation hypothesis for vacuum batch distillation acording to the mixtrue's features. A constant mole liquid holdup model was builded too. Simulation of the mathematical model was operated by using the two point implicacit integration method . Using drew-point-T model which is more exact than linear vapor-liquid equilibrium to caculate vapor-liquid equilibrium relationship. And using the experimental results as boundary condition to test the mathematical model. The reaults showed that the simulation results agree well with the experimental results , at the same time proving the rationality of the virtual binary distillation hypothesis.It can be used as a basic reference in the engineering design of the separation technics, which is a part of bringing about industrialization of the new method.
