Henan Coal Mine Accidents Caused Due To The Mechanism And Countermeasures Analysis

Work safety means the state of effectively controlling the various accident risk and injury factors all the time, which endanger workers' life and health, by combination of people, machine equipment, environment and management. In addition to the various accidents and injury factors happening in general industry, coal mining is frequently threatened by gas, coal dust, water, fire, roof, geothermal, striking pressure and other natural disasters, turns out to be typical high-risk industry with great possibility of accidents because of particularity in underground exploitation, complex producing process and frequent changing workplace.The Party and government attach great importance to the work safety of coal mine. However, current work safety of coal mine in our country is not so optimistic for us because of restrictions of many factors, such as level of productivity development, system actuality of safety supervision and management, base of work safety of coal mine and workers' quality. Based on deeply analyzing work safety situation in Henan and cause theory and reasons of frequent accidents, this paper puts forward relative Countermeasures against safety accidents in Henan: Fulfill system of laws and statutes, perfect regulations and systems, intensify coal mine's safety management; increase input, enhance equipment level, tamp foundation of work safety; reinforce safety culture construction, fully advance workers' safety quality, and strive for safe mine in nature and so on, thus brings about lasting stable and healthy development of coal mine work safety in Henan.
