Walking beam furnace is used for rolling kinds of billet as continuous heating equipment,which is widely used in iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad,because of its advantages,flexible,fast,stable.The No.4 walking beam furnace hydraulic control in Wuhan Iron Steel valve lag behind,there isn't guarantee its continuous production.Therefore this topic is based on the drive system of walking beam furnace,mainly research the effect of zero-impact speed curve for the lifting system of the heavy-load and high-speed walking beam.Firstly,simply introduced hydraulic principle of speed control system,and mainly expound the principle of speed control from electro-hydraulic proportion speed regulating valve.The original hydraulic system uses the operation mode of pump closed loop control.This paper expound the problem of the original system and reforming content,reformed the original system,and analyzed the working principle of the reforming hydraulic system.Secondly,the paper introduced in detail the operation of walking beam,and analyzed the force on the walking beam in the process of holding billet up and down.Put forward the more efficiently speed mode,and expound the zero-impact characteristic of walking beam when hold billet up and down.Finally according to the working principle of hydraulic system,the mathematical model of the valve controlling cylinder is established.Speed control system is analyzed.Analyzed the simulation system in the traditional PID control,Having analyzed and compared the simulation system in the fuzzy-neural network PID control and traditional PID control.
