The antibacterial finish of wool fabric by adjusted pH with the NaAC/HAC buffer solution and immobilized antibacterial peptide was undergone.Major parameters in Soaking-Rolling over antibacterial peptide and immobilizing process were discussed in detail. The optimum conditions were defined as follows. Compared with Soaking-Rolling over can know that immobilized antibacterial peptide has the better antibacterial effect. The best handicraft is 0.2% glutaric dialdehyde,pH value 7.0,immobilizing for 6h. On this case,wool fabric had good bacterial resistance to Golden yellow staphylococcus and Backwoods coli.Selects the gelatin and the arabic gum as the wall material, the antibacterial peptide as the core material, the Span 80 and Tween 80 as the emulsifier, uses the compound condensation law preparation antibacterial to peptide microcapsule. And inspected the agitation rotational speed which affect the microcapsule particle size. The experiment indicated that when the agitation rotational speed is 1000r/min the microcapsule's grain-size distribution is the best. Then added the microcapsule to the sea alginic acid sodium solution and blows the membrane, and used the agar-agar plate diffusion process (according to GB/T20944.1-2007 textile antibacterial performance appraisal) to carry on the appraisal to its antibacterial performance. The experimental results show at room temperature and pH=5,the fabric has good anti-bacterial properties and can maintain the origin performance.
