Research On The Framework Of China's Landscape Architect Registration System

With the landscape architecture discipline developing into a first-level discipline in our country,the development of landscape architecture has entered the new stage.The landscape architecture(due to the translation of various countries and various areas for "landscape architecture" is different,hereinafter it generally referred to as the "landscape architecture")is the discipline about living environment space design and is one of the important subjects carrying human civilization especially the ecological civilization.Therefore under the present situation of the Chinese city explosion and ecological imbalances,researching landscape architecture plays a unique and irreplaceable role in protection of resources and environment and the construction of human settlement environment.The great breakthrough of landscape architecture becoming first-level discipline in 2011 hasn't made the landscape architecture discipline development direction of the road of the cultivation of professional talents stay away from the chaotic state.This has become a factor of restricting further development landscape professional education and standardizing business management major obstacle.Setting up independent registered landscape architect qualification system in China is imminent.The developed countries such as America,Britain has established a complete landscape architect registration system.The landscape architecture discipline in these countries has a long history and enriched their epoch connotation as time changes.The landscape architect registration system which derived from it supplements each other and is self-contained;construction qualification system of our country was set up late but developed faster.This promote the construction of related industries and subject development greatly.Researching establishment process,internal mechanism and the development trend of the system of registered qualification can provide scientific ideas and basis to build landscape architect qualification system better.This paper analyzed the framework and composition of factors of the current Anglo-American and other international system of registered qualification in a comparative method and summarized the main characteristics and the trend of development about the Registered Landscape Architect Qualification System's main structure from the situation from the system and content.Analyzing the mature and perfect system of registered qualification of architect and urban planners of ourcountry's construction industry,reviewing its implementation process,analyzing its content of system framework,summarizing its development regularity and deficiencies,concluding the common feature of registered qualification system are the technical experience for the framework of establishing the landscape architect registration system.Under the new situation,analyzing the policy,theory,technology base of our country's landscape architect registration system and the career feature of landscape architect can provide the base resources for establishing the system of landscape architect registered qualification.Finally combining the summarized experience and reference,the framework of registered landscape architect qualification system of our country is put forward.The framework mainly has five aspects including the system,the relevant legislation,the nature of access,registration license and management,saving each license and the principle of the construction of a landscape architect qualification registration system and related development suggestions are discussed in this paper at the same time.All of these have provided beneficial theoretical basis and decision-making reference to the establishment of the landscape architect registration system framework of China.
