| In the context of the continuous expansion of the construction industry and the rapid growth of the number of employees,the construction of the evaluation system for practitioners in the construction field in my country is still in its infancy,and the lagging development of the evaluation system has caused a series of problems.At present,the selection of construction engineers is mainly based on examinations,and those who pass the test can obtain the qualifications through registration.Continuing education is required in the process of practicing,and the ability of practicing is reflected by project performance.However,there is no systematic and unified standard for the management and evaluation of registered constructors.With the increase in the number of practitioners,the demand for refined management in the industry,and the implementation of the construction engineer’s lifetime responsibility system,the construction of the registered construction engineer’s assessment and evaluation system needs to be resolved urgently.Through combing the development history of the construction engineer qualification system,in-depth analysis of the implementation status of the system,researching the evaluation system and rating method of registered constructors,and designing a registered constructor evaluation system index and qualification level evaluation management platform.This paper conducts related research on the evaluation system of the professional construction engineer’s professional ability of construction engineering,which has the largest number of construction practitioners and a wider scope of business.Based on questionnaire surveys,expert interviews and literature study,determine the evaluation index,and the spss analysis software is used to analyze the validity,importance and reliability of the summarized questionnaire data to optimize and improve the final evaluation indicators for the qualification level of constructors.Secondly,use fuzzy mathematics method to assign value to each evaluation index of the evaluation system.Finally,use web crawler technology to collect and clean up data,analyze internal laws through data association and fusion,and build a big data application platform for architect management and evaluation.The constructed constructor management and evaluation system includes 4 first-level evaluation indicators and subdivided into 26 second-level evaluation indicators.The first-level evaluation indicators are divided into: "basic situation of builders","professional skills","public praise potential" and "experience".A comprehensive evaluation method is used to give weights to the primary and secondary indicators in the model.The details are as follows: the weight of "basic situation of builders" is 14.8%,the weight of "professional skills" is 23.69%,the weight of "word-of-mouth potential" is 33.64%,and the weight of "experience" is 31.69%.The second-level evaluation indicators have a higher weight: 5.17% of the work is diligent and conscientious,4.72% of laws,regulations and standards,8.12% of project managers,4.62% of cooperative enterprises,4.49% of enterprise qualifications,and new technology mastery The situation is 4.41% and the work penalty situation is 4.38%.In general,the policy implication of the study is to accelerate the construction and development of the evaluation system for practitioners in the construction field,formulate a multi-level,efficient and accurate evaluation system for practitioners in accordance with the changes in the ability of the practitioners in the construction field,and manage the practice in a scientific and efficient manner.Personnel,optimize the promotion and development space of practitioners,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry. |
