Research On Planning And Dedign Of The General Aviation Town Of Yaopu,Tieling

With the trial opening of low-altitude air space,the ongoing process of city and countryside integration and industrial specialization,the general aviation industry becomes the new growth of urban economy.The 13th Five-year Plan clearly specified it is necessary to rapidly develop the general aviation industry.Hence,small towns centered upon the general aviation industry have emerged constantly.However,the quality of development has varied,such as high levels of homogenization,the disconnection between planning and practicality,the non-conformance of planning layout with industrial development,and the lack of cultural integration,etc.The purpose of this paper is to study the development of the general aviation town of Yaopu in Tieling,explore the planning and design ideas and project implementation methods concerning general aviation towns based on sustainable development of this industry,thereby creating small towns centered upon general aviation as the core industry.In this paper,through literature analysis,comparative study,case analysis and other methods of Tieling Yaopu navigation town in-depth analysis.First of all,this paper interprets the relevant theories of the planning of navigable towns and characteristic towns as well as domestic and foreign cases.Secondly,based on the planning strategy of Tieling Yaopu navigation Town,this paper attempts to establish the logical framework of planning elements of Tieling Yaopu navigation town from four aspects of planning basis,project positioning,planning principles and planning concepts.The town planning is divided into seven parts,namely,"industrial layout","spatial layout","functional zoning","road traffic","noise control","building height" and "landscape" Finally,the above research is applied to the planning and design project of Yaopu navigation town in Tieling.In this paper,the general aviation town of Yaopu in Tieling is used as the case of planning and design.Besides,based on the principle of combining "culture,ecology,industrial status,morphology and dynamic status" with industries and cities,the paper conducts in-depth research on the town of Yaopu in Tieling.By relying on the general aviation industry and local resources,the industrial system and framework,as well as the overall spatial arrangement for the town of Yaopu in Tieling,so as to provide useful references for the construction of general aviation towns in China.
