| The gowth of China's economy requires an enlarging power-supply with higher and higher automation of the power-supply system . The substation auto-control technology plays a vital role in the development of power-supply system automation . Among the various specific technologies, smart communications has been a key part of a electric substation automation since it assembles different intelligent equipments into an integrated network with a full-featured,highly-reliable performance .Electic substations of the Power-supply Group Inc.(PGI) of Liaohe Oilfield have reconstructed and upgraded since 1997. nearly 20 integrated automatic substations have gone into operation . However,most of those"automation"just mean automatic delay-protection,that is,an automatic measuring & controlling of electricity supplying &distributing equipments,while no employment of intelligent instrumentaion and no digital conveying of various substation data isolates many equipments in those electic substations . Hence,there is an urgent need to re-unite scattered equipments into an integrated full-featured & highly reliable network to meet with the requirements of Liaohe Oilfield .Deep analysis on two automatic substations(Xinger and Shuba substation) of PGI, Liaohe Oilfield is given in this thesis. With employing embedded industrial MOXA computers(UC7420/7408,ThinkCore DA-660,etc) from Taiwan as intelligent communication managers.Mutal-transformation among different communication agreements by re-programming basic communication procedures downlinks all intelligent equipments to communication managers and uplinks monitoring computers and scheduling main-station system for conveying data,thus formates a netwok.This research meets the requirements of PGI'operation . It integrates all the intelligent equipments within the substations to complete a full-featured highly-reliable automation network . Nowdays many PGI substations have employed this technology to upgrade substations'automation and reliability. |
