With the development of modern industry and technology, The structure of tower crane become more and more large, the load and unning speed of tower crane also become more and more higher, which result in greater dynamic load of machine vibration.It will have great economic benefits and theoretical significance toanalyse and optimize the structure of tower crane. Currently, Single objective optimization is the main method to large truss structure optimization design, the multi-objective optimization method rarely used. It's an inevitable trend that the multi-objective optimization method be used in towere crane to instead sngle objective optimization, with the development of computer technology.This thesis is based on the finite element analysis theory and the mechanics theory of crane, and utilized software platform of ANSYS. It realizes static analysis and model analysis of hoist boom.The date and conculusion offered effective method to multi-objective optimization design of tower crane. The thesis mainly includes:1. To analyse stress in each working conditions, hoist boom mechanical model was established.And the TC5013 tower crane hoist boom also be established in finite element analysis software ANSYS. In ordor to solve the large structure of space truss running slowly in ANSYS, The author use the method which simplified model then distribution section shape to each unit of hoist boom. The static stiffness checking also be made, on the basis of the deformation and stress the conclusion that the design whether meet the design requirements can be made.2. According to crane dynamic theory, the dynamic analysis of hoist boom is established. Using ANSYS get the first five levels of modal frequencies in Modal analysis. According to the variation of hoist boom frame mode, the biggest influence on structure of the inherent frequency be chose as the optimal objective function.3. Established multi-objective optimization mathematical model of hoist boom, and the target layer method is used to Solve the model. The optimal solution of hoist boom structure is determined after two optimization. In model constraints, the conclusion that the optimization results reduce quality 9 percent than originally structure is made. In a word,The multi-objective optimization design of the tower crane hoist boom applies advanced design and analysis in design of tower crane and offers efficient tool method to design tower crane that much more economic,credible,stable and with high performance.
