The microprocessor protection has significantly improved the stability,flexibility and reliability of protective relaying. However, the microprocessor protection maintenance is based on the regular testing methods, which may debase the availability of secondary equipment. Therefore, it is indispensable to develop predictive diagnostic maintenance for the security and stability of protective relaying system. In order to deal with condition detection of the outlet circuit, this thesis analyzes the characteristics and needs of condition based maintenance, and proposes an operation circuit state inspection principle without electrical connection based on tracking the output voltage changes of Hall sensor. In addition, the developed device can detect the trip or close circuit and outlet contact point rapidly, which indicates that the theoretical analysis above is correct. This device has passed the identification of "The most advanced in the world, the leading level in China" as research results in North China Grid relay protection predictive maintenance technology project. |
