Large Garden Progress Of The Project Planning And Control

Schedule controling, quality controling and cost controling, as the three control objectives of the project management, always has been the key to a successful project management. The construction process is simple in the garden the traditional concept, in the garden during the project construction management, schedule control has not been given enough attention. But present,with the increasingly large-scale and complex of the garden projects , garden construction enterprises have to enhance their own competitiveness in the market, so the research on how to reasonablely control schedule of the project and how to improve the current Garden progress management of construction enterprises,is becoming increasingly important.This thesis taked the large-scale garden engineering as reaserh example, through the review of the schedule planning and controling theory and aiming at the current status of the large-scale garden engineering , the paper analysis the features of the large-scale garden engineering, as well as the factors which influence the construction schedule . Based on the analysis , the paper established a large garden project schedule planning and controling model, and fully integrated schedule planning and controling theory as well as the project management software Project 2007, to make schedule plan and dynamicly control the schedule of the project in the model. In order to verify the practicality and applicability of the model, the author use the model to the Expo Eco-City Green Project Phase II landscape engineering to control the progress of it , and finally achieved a good results, so that the project had eventually completed ahead of schedule under the tight deadlines.This paper refers to a large number of relevant literature, and uses the method of theoretical research and concrete practice. In the schedule planning and controling system, the author uses the modern project management software Project 2007 to plan and control of the progress, which has a general sense of value for references on how to scientifically make schedule and enhancing the project management level of the progress controlling for the garden construction enterprises during constructing a large-scale garden engineering.
