Project schedule control is an important part of project management and plays an important role in project management.Project schedule control is the important means to complete the project task and realize the project goal on time.It is also the focus and difficulty of project management.It is the main task of the project manager and the important link in the project construction process that whether the project can be controlled effectively.Therefore,making the project schedule and effectively controlling the project construction schedule are of great significance to ensure the project duration and the smooth realization of the project objectives.The research on Panjin City Dawa Shunfa real estate project as an example,from the perspective of research project progress management project planning and controlling.The full text is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the background and significance of the research,and sorting out the theoretical basis of the existing research and the research status at home and abroad,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further research.The second part is the analysis of the present situation with the real estate project schedule management and the existing problems,the specific circumstances of the project as well as the basic mode and existing methods of schedule management are introduced,and the problems and causes of the expansion of the.The third part is to develop with the real estate project schedule,based on the data collection,the work breakdown structure,project schedule plan and optimization,and ultimately determine the key line project is A-B-C-D-E-F-H-J-M-N-O,through the optimization of the progress of the project,the construction period was shortened from 22 months to 21 months.The fourth part is the control with the real estate project schedule and implementation,clear project schedule control process and formulation process,the main means of control and adjustment measures;to ensure the project schedule can be implemented smoothly,the safeguard measures from the organization,resources,technology,and other aspects of the system.The last part is the conclusion,and the full text is summed up.Through the research on the progress plan and control of specific real estate projects,this paper puts forward an operable method of project progress management,which can be used to guide the practice of the project..
