| In this paper, current situation and problems exist in power equipment maintenance is under investigation based on Yantai Power Company. Necessity and feasibility of carrying out CBM in Yantai Power Company is analyzed. Four strategies of carrying out CBM are summed up. Detailed exploration of the way to carry out CBM in Yantai Power Company is done. The operation mode and implementing measures are discussed based on the general principle, the preliminary work, the implementation procedures and the managerial system according to overall plan of Yantai Power Company CBM project. All these works are of referential value in Yantai Power Company CBM project. |
