Engineering Plastics In Ammunition System The Application Of Research

As show in the history of science and technology, the birth of important technology accompanied with new skills and material, which is matter foundation of new technology. Plastics and complex-material take a great role in ammunition. In order to exert engineering-plastic excellent properties, increase application, accelerate shorten the distance in study and use from the developed countries and make stable progress.I survey the products in the northwest of Weapon Industry, do some experiments in factories, discuss the situation and trend in application of ammunition system abroad and unfatal weapon, take application of engineering-plastics in thirteen kinds of fuse, developing or manufacturing, into account. I conclude the differences in application in ammunition products between other countries and our nation。And study the problem such as; "engineering-plastics "application in belt of missile, material's improvement in fuse's wind tube, and material in fuse's wind tube. Especially concentrate on shape pattern of polyamide-plastics elastic belt, selection of material and process variable, development, problem in fuse's wind tube, selection of material, analysis and conclusion in material's selection of a fuse's under recycle body. For the shorts, way of improvement, main properties, useful range and technological qualities, a crossing the study materials;selection of isolation, base of bearing, constructive components in electric, this paper state the method how to properly select material according to engineering-plastics specialties. Propose some thoughts such as;emphasis on system design and study in material application, strong then "one-body" belief, concentrate on the projects that take a guide role and will form some technology advantages, research more about new material foundation and process, step up research of application of new complex-material, for future ammunition researching, offer new material, make system plan,invest more in study, accelerate the application of new material.
