Research On The Urban Spacial Structure Evolvement In Administrative Decentralization Background

The urban spatial structure has been the important part of urban planning science for a long time The geography, sociology, politics, ecology and many other related displines also pay high attention to this field from different aspects. Although urban spatial structure in China has some similarity with the international part, it has its own characteristics. The study on these characteristics is becoming one of the important parts of the Chinese urbanization theory. Thus the study of the urban spatial structure based on all kinds of aspects of Decentralization is a beneficial attempt.The article is comprised of five parts:The first part is preface, which expatiates on the background, significance, and research methods and research ideas. It also gives some definitions on Decentralization, administrative Decentralization and urban spatial structure.The second part is the summary for the literature, expatiating the Decentralization theory, urban spatial structure theory and metropolitan area theory by classifing them from both domestic and overseas aspects.The third part is the core of this paper, which is comprised of 3th, 4th, 5th, and 6th chapter. At the beginning, I discuss the relation of Decentralization and Centralization and point out that the Decentralization (especially the administrative Decentralization) is a trend of economic and social development procession of China. Then I study the inner and outer motive forces of urban spatial structure, which form the powerful spatial arrangement and government spatial production aspects. At the end of this part, I study the relation of the administrative Decentralization and urban spatial structure movement based on the three aspects of the spatial production and then sum up the trend of urban spatial structure movement in administrative Decentralization background.The forth part is empirical research analyzing the ChangZhou urban spatial structure evolvement procession and trend in administrative Decentralization background.The fifth part is the conclusion chapter. This chapter points out that the power of spatial procession of Decentralization is the important key of urban spatial structure evolvement. Compared with social Decentralization, administrative Decentralization plays a more important part in urban spatial structure evolvement of China. And government spatial production is the direct motive power of urban spatial structure evolvement. Moreover, administrative Decentralization will make the multi-center urban spatial structure come ture.
